Prevention Control Programme

You are helped to develop the skills necessary to control these causes and probably the most important thing about the prevention programme is that you discover that the toothbrush needs to be supplemented by additional oral hygiene procedures. Use of a full range of dental aids suited to your own personal programme will be explained. Fluoride application and plastic sealants are also included in this programme.

Continuing Care Programme
Depending on your needs you will be advised to re-attend at periodic intervals and instead of looking for disease we will be looking for and monitoring improved dental health. Those patients coming in for regular visits can acquire the skills and knowledge needed to control dental disease.
